Limbo Season

I never know what to do with myself during the time between Christmas and New Year. Since I'm lucky enough to be off, it's kind of like limbo as all the days roll into one and I just end up passing the time by eating and watching films. As I have already mastered that this year, I thought I'd just share a couple of photos I took during Christmas and Boxing Day, as quite frankly I don't have much else to report. Also, I've heard that only people in the UK call the day after Christmas Boxing Day, is that true?

I have however realised lately that I'm really into documenting things, I guess I always have been. I like having actual proof of things and I don't know if writing is enough for me anymore. While I still enjoy blogging, and plan on continuing this little space, I'm definitely going to look at exploring photography more and learning about how to create and process videos. Probably not vlogs though, if you know what a Newcastle accent sounds like you'll understand why.

How was your Christmas?

  1. That chocolate cake looks amazing! I know what you mean about documenting things; I love taking pictures and have always kept little snippets of stuff I've done (tickets, receipts, postcards, etc). One of my New Years resolutions is to start getting into scrapbooking and actually do something with all the stuff I've saved! :-) x
